Cwm Derw is a welcoming detached bungalow four miles from Aberystwyth. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one with a three-quarter size bed) and a twin room, along with a shower room and cloakroom. There is a kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area. Outside is a building with utility area, games room with pool table and wet-room area for washing off bikes or beach items. There is also off road parking, and an enclosed garden with lawn and patio with furniture, with some lovely countryside views. Cwm Derw makes a wonderful family base, as it is within reach of Aberystwyth, steam railways, bike trails, sandy beaches and more.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview and FreeSat, DVD, Blu-ray, CD/radio, WiFi, telephone, small selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair provided. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lockable cycle storage. Wet room-style area with hose pipe to wash cycles or beach items. Enclosed lawned garden with decked patio and garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: This cottage is just off a minor B road. |

Aberystwyth is a market town and seaside resort in Dyfed, Wales. It is situated on the west coast of Wales near to Borth, Capel Bangor, Aberdovey, Llanrhystud, Tywyn, and Aberdyfi and is one of almost 30 towns and villages in Dyfed in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The nearest main cities are Bangor (population 15,280), Swansea (population 169,880), and Newport (which has a population of 116,143 according to the 2001 Census).
As well as being a university town, Aberystwyth is also a popular tourist destination and boasts a range of attractions including a golf course, two cinemas, the Aberystwyth Cliff Railway at one end of the promenade, the Value of Rheidol steam railway, the Parc Penglais nature reserve and the Ystwyth Trail cycle path, amongst others. As well as its own beach the town is also close to a number of other sandy bays and beaches along the coastline.
